pixelsoftime > 12-06-08 - A "Heart" for Christmas - We were at the Christmas Parade the other night and during the fireworks I managed to catch this shot. Felt it captured a neat thought about Christmas, in all the hustle and bustle this year always remember that God's love so many years ago in sending His Son Jesus is what this time of year is all about. - Ty This Image other than some slight adjustments to color has not been altered. The shape of the fireworks is as it was captured by the camera. I would love to say that I saw this and intentionally snaped it, but this was one of those pleasant surprises when I imported the images into my computer.

This beautiful young lady and her mother along with her friend, Rachel and her dad, joined my wife and I for the shoot. It was great having both of them there as it gave them someone to cut up with. In our country there are many different kinds of people with many different occupations, likes and dislikes and one country that allows them the freedom to have those occupations, likes, and dislikes. No matter what happens in the next few days we are all still Americans and may Father God continue to bless our country.

pixelsoftime > 11-18-08 - Christmas Tree - For the past two days we have been preparing the 1800 bulb, 30 foot "Light Christmas Tree" that we always put on top of the Foyer of our Church. Tonight we put it up and got it ready to for lighting on the Wednesday prior to Thanksgiving when we have our "Night of Thanks" service. This shot was taken from below and inside the radio tower that makes up the center part of the tree. All of the lights are white. I converted it to Red, Green, and Blue in separate files and then combined the files into one and using a masking layer removed color from two of the layers to end up with the image that you see.
pixelsoftime > 11-19-08 - Two days worth of work caught in a single bulb - We had just completed putting up the "light" tree when I happened to glance down at this bulb lying on the roof and noticed the reflections that it captured. Interesting what a different perspective will do for you.
